Active Telephone & Data Inc. is a full service company with over 40 years experience in the communication industry. The focus of AT&D is in the installation and maintenance of Norstar and Lucent telephone systems. AT&D works with our customers staff to ensure their telephone system is designed and programmed to the specific needs of the customer. Upon completion of each new installation AT&D trains the customer and its entire staff as to the use of the new system as well as each individual telephone. AT&D will cooperate with the customers computer software installation team to ensure its data network is installed to the customers satisfaction and in a neat and orderly fashion. Upon completion of each network installation, each station is tested to meet industry standards whether it be Category five (100BASET), Fiber optic (multi-mode/single mode), or Co-axial (thin-net, twin axial).
